Orexo offers direct employment following significant revenue growth in the first half of 2018

Orexo AB announced today that its field representatives have been offered direct employment starting October 1, 2018. The decision follows on the positive outcome in the patent litigation against Actavis, the continued revenue growth and significant improvement in the profit contribution from Orexo US Inc. during first half of 2018.

Atlantis Japan Growth (AJG); approves redemption of 2.4m ordinary shares

AJG announced that it approved redemption of 2,874,315 ordinary shares, representing 5.9% of the ordinary shares as of 28 September 2018. The company scaled back redemption requests to 2,434,356 shares (5.0% of issued share capital excluding treasury shares). It complied with the terms of the redemption facility.

The trading is in line with management’s expectations, with merger integration projects progressing well. RAV has approved the issue and allotment of 134,696 new preference shares of 1p each with ticker RAVP (the “Preference Shares”) following payment of the scrip preference share dividend.

Amur Minerals (AMC); announces interim update; 80% of 2018 plan completed
