OnTheMarket (OTMP); UK’s largest property franchise to list all its properties at OnTheMarket

OnTheMarket has signed an agreement with Belvoir Lettings to advertise all its UK residential properties on the companies online real estate portal. Belvoir will actively promote the portals brand with digital and branch-based marketing activity.

1Spatial (SPA); 1H results: revenue increases to £8.8m

FY results in line with expectations

1Spatial, in its results for 1H ended July 2018, reported an increase in revenue to £8.8m from £8.6m and adjusted EBITDA to £0.6m from £0.1m, compared to 1H 2017. The company is now debt-free, having raised £8m in a placing in August.

GB Group (GBG); acquires Vix Verify Global for $38.3m

For the year ending 30 June 2018, Vix Verify Global reported net revenues and profit before tax of $21.9m and $0.8m

GB Group announced it acquired 100% of Vix Verify Global and selected subsidiaries and assets for a total cash consideration of $38.3m (approximately £21.2m). This deal is expected to be earnings accretive during the first 12 months of consolidated GBG ownership.

BioPharma Credit (BPCR); announce an ordinary share placing and a C share conversion

Record (REC); trading update reports AUME grew 0.2% to $61.8b

Record reported a 0.2% decrease in its AUME in USD terms to $61.8b in Sep 2018 from $61.9b in June 2018, or a 1.1% increase to £47.4b from £46.9b in GBP terms. At the same time, Record’s fee rates during the quarter remained unchanged compared to the previous quarter, no performance fee was earned by the company.

London Stock Exchange Group (LSE); posts trading update and acquires additional stake in LCH group
