appScatter Group (APPS); agrees for revised terms for the Priori Data acquisition

Under the revised terms of the agreement, APPS will acquire 100% of Priori’s share capital for a total consideration of £13.5m, of which £1.8m is now payable in cash. The issue of 16,667,157 new ordinary shares should satisfy the remainder amount. APPS confirmed the receipt of UK tax clearances, which partly delayed the acquisition.

Picton Prop completed the sale of two office assets; (1) 800 Pavilion Drive, Northampton for £7.95m (13% uplift to Mar-18 valuation, net initial yield of 7.5%) and (2) Merchants House, Chester receiving £3.85m and £0.15m due before 2023.
