IQE (IQE); reports strong wireless activity in H1 2018, confirms guidance

IQE reported strong wireless activity in H1 2018 and confirmed its original guidance of a 40:60 revenue split H1:H2 2018, with a shift back to photonics from wireless in H2 2018. The company’s Newport Foundry is progressing as per plan, and it expects to deliver the second five reactors on site commencing Q3 2018.

The Brunner Investment Trust (BUT); priced an issue of £25m of 30-year unsecured notes

BUT priced an issue of £25m of unsecured fixed-rate private placement notes at coupon rate of 2.84% with a 30-year maturity. The proceeds will be used for early repayment of the company’s debentures of £28m.
